SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note - regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or returns on SALE items.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with Atika Boutique. 
1. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

  1. All tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
  2. Contact Atika Boutique via email at atikaboutique@atika.com.au and notify us of your intended exchange or return.
  3. To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office.
  4. Included the following items in your satchel:

Items you wish to return/exchange
Atika Boutique invoice

Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
Once your package is received by Atika Boutique your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately on the same credit card used for purchase and an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Refunds are given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.
Online credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.



CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please contact us as soon as possible! Our team works very swiftly to ensure your order is packed and shipped out to you as soon as possible, so we cannot guarantee your required changes will be applied. Nevertheless, we will do our very best to try and accommodate your request.


ARE YOUR GARMENTS TRUE TO SIZE?

We stock a variety of clothes and they do vary in size depending on the design. Fit may also depend on material. Please refer to our size guide to help you decide which size to go for. We have included petite and classic size guides with measurement instructions. Our garment descriptions will direct to the correct size guide.

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR ITEMS?

We have restocks landing weekly, however we do not have a specific timeframe for when items will be restocked. Please be sure to subscribe to the "back in stock" notification on any items you are interested in so you can be first to know when they make a comeback online!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMex, PayPal & Afterpay as valid payment methods on our website. 
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

All of our prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOREFRONTS WHERE I CAN TRY ON CLOTHES?

Our clothing boutique is located at Shop 1/575 Canning Highway, Alfred Cove we are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am - 5pm. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 days of being placed. However, with higher volumes minor delays should be expected.
